Co-fermented blend of each of our Alsatian white wine grapes. Bright, full, zippy with a hint of spice, it embodies the varietal characteristics of each the Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer.
A smooth white wine made from 100% handpicked Pinot Blanc grapes. Fermented and aged in French oak, this dry white is rich and complex while still maintaining freshness and verve.
The Gewürztraminer is cold soaked on the skins for great flavor extraction and then fermented dry.
60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Riesling.
A Riesling made in stainless steel with just a touch of sweetness. This is an off-dry style that is balanced with natural fruit and acidity.
This semi-sweet white wine is a blend of Ravat (40%), Vidal (40%) and Cayuga (20%). It’s fruity, fresh and energetic.
