A medium bodied white wine made from handpicked Pinot Gris grapes. It’s aged in both neutral French oak (1/3) and stainless steel (2/3) for a wine with a lot of body that still maintains fruit and minerality.

Co-fermented blend of each of our Alsatian white wine grapes. Bright, full, zippy with a hint of spice, it embodies the varietal characteristics of each the Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer.

Representative of what Finger Lakes terroir can do, this Riesling is fermented dry in stainless steel for a wine that is crisp with bright acidity and balance.    

A Riesling made in stainless steel with just a touch of sweetness. This is an off-dry style that is balanced with natural fruit and acidity.

The Gewürztraminer is cold soaked on the skins for great flavor extraction and then fermented dry.

Pressed whole cluster and fermented at a slow cool rate to preserve aromatics, the Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, fresh and elegant.

This semi-sweet white wine is a blend of Ravat (40%), Vidal (40%) and Cayuga (20%). It’s fruity, fresh and energetic.
