Merlot (33% ), and Cabernet Franc (33% ). All grapes are handpicked and handsorted

and each barrel is carefully selected for a perfectly balanced blend.

Representing our commitment to handcrafted wines made with Soul, our signature series is about bold wines that stand out in our cellar for the vintage. Rigorous barrel selection and extended aging demonstrates the potential of this varietal in the Finger Lakes.

40% Syrah, 40% Merlot, %20   

Fermented in large format French oak barrels using only indigenous yeast and left unfiltered and unfined for a more expressive representation of this classic Finger Lakes varietal.

Made from 100%  handpicked Syrah grapes, this vintage reflects a Northern Rhone style. Fermented using indigenous yeast with no fining or filtering, the Syrah has great expression of terroir and varietal character.
