Club Guidelines and General Information

• Every three months members will be notified of the next shipment and what it will include. Members will automatically receive a shipment of SIX bottles and your credit card on file will be charged.
• An adult signature is required upon receipt.
• Wine cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
• Members must receive at least the first shipment after sign up.
• If a member chooses to cancel membership (after receipt of first shipment) 30 days notice prior to the next shipment is required.
• It is up to the member to keep all shipping and billing information accurate and up to date.
• If an order fails to be processed, Hector Wine Company will make three attempts to contact the member to update the account. After three unsuccessful attempts, the membership will be dissolved and all benefits forfeited.
• Winery management reserves the right to make changes to membership guidelines and benefits as necessary.
